Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellation Period: You must cancel your booking at least four hours before the scheduled departure time. If you do not cancel four hours before, you will be charged a cancellation fee of Rs 499. If you cancel after the cab has arrived, you will have to pay a cancellation charge of Rs 499.

Refund Amount:
After the cancellation fee is deducted, the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please submit your cancellation request through our website and via WhatsApp or call or contact our customer service team with your booking reference and relevant details.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 2 -3 business days after your cancellation request is confirmed. The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.
